Military Injury is a small, dedicated, and committed organisation managed by personnel who have served in the British Armed Forces. Some of our team are also lawyers and have worked in private law firms where they specialised in both military and medical law.
Our aim is to provide you with the right advice and guidance to enable you to make the best possible claim through either the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) and/or the War Pension Scheme (WPS).
- We are not a law firm.
- We are not Veterans UK [MOD].
- We do not take on civil claims for negligence against the MOD.

We also make very clear from the outset what our services cost:
- If your claim is unsuccessful then we make no charge.
- If your claim is successful then we charge 20% of your award + VAT.
